We are currently looking for more skilled workers in the following disciplines:

 

CNC Machinist

We are actively seeking full time CNC machinists to program, setup and run CNC Mills for our Mentor, Ohio location.

This qualified individual will be responsible for: 

·       Interpreting CNC program/setup data and prepares CNC’s for production operation, as required. 

·       Interpreting drawings/specifications to understand component dimensional requirements and production sequence.

·       Obtaining initial and periodic independent over check inspections of machining steps performed.

 ·       Operating CNC’s per established guidelines as required to produce quality components at productive rates.

 ·       Producing conventional machined milled parts and tooling to accurate tolerances utilizing good shop practices.

 ·       Routinely checking/gauging own work and make adjustments within allowable limits to maintain specified tolerances.

 ·       Immediately stopping production and notifying supervision if out of tolerance conditions occur.

 ·       Replacing dull/defective tools per supervisor’s directives, accounts for and notifies supervisor of supplies needed.

·       Performing routine chip removal, machine lubrication, coolant additions/cleanouts.

·       Assisting in routine maintenance of machines/equipment.

 

 

Field Service Technician

We are actively seeking full time Packaging Machine Service Technician based out of our Mentor, Ohio location.

This qualified individual will be responsible for: 

·       Troubleshooting Electrical problems to board or sensor level

·       Troubleshooting Mechanical problems to component level

·       Replace electrical and mechanical parts as required

·       Communicate professionally and effectively with Customers and other Technicians

·       Assist in Assembly and Debug of Labeling Machinery at Mentor location if required by Operations Group

          Position requirements: 

·       Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required

·       Must pass background check 

·       Must have atleast 5 years prior machine automation repair or PLC programming experience
