The popular pail labeling system and pail label applicator is a ModuLine labeling system is constructed to apply front and back or wraparound labels to five-gallon pails with productions rates or 10 to 15 products per minute.  Modifications to this system include a 12" wide x 96" long conveyor, 10" wipe-on applicators, and an extended infeed rail.    

The infeed rail holds up the pail and extends along the entire length of the conveyor to clear the path of the label applications.  Products are then captured by the pneumatic cylinders.  The large rollers extend around the product to accurately apply the label.  The secondary impressers impress the remainder of the label around the product, completing the labeling process. 

An optional 3-roller indexing module may be added for products with a seam or specific reference location.
