Quadrel Labeling Systems designs and manufactures a full line of pressure sensitive labeling equipment and machines, from the simplest table-top to high speed in-line and rotary systems. Economically Priced Inline Labeling Systems

Quadrel's lower-priced systems are simple to set-up, operate and maintain. These systems all feature stainless steal, open-frame construction with no crevice food grade welds.

Higher-Speed Labeling Systems | Heavy Duty Labeling Systems

The heavy-duty labeling system, VersaLine, is available with color touch operator interface and Allen Bradley PLC controls with ethernet communications. The label applicators feature Emerson servo motor label drive.

Extreme Duty Inline & Rotary Labeling Systems

Premier is designed for demanding, 24/7 applications, featuring overhead NEMA 4X enclosure, stainless steel drip-edge construction, Allen Bradley PLC, color touchscreen HMI and redundant zero-down-time applicators.

Bottled Water Labeling Systems

Our Bottled Water Labeling Systems are specifically designed for 12oz to 2 liter bottled water and sports drink containers, the Quadrel Vertical Roller Series is ideal for unstable, thin walled cylindrical bottles.

Rotary Labeling Systems

A complete family of Rotary labeling systems are available with speed capabilities ranging from 100 to 500 products per minute. All Rotary systems feature Allen Bradley PLC control and Emerson servo label drive.

Label Applicators

Quadrel offers a complete line of label applicators, from simple, economically priced to technically advanced, high-speed systems with dispensing speeds over 5,000" per minute.

Pharmaceutical Labeling Systems

All of Quadrel's Pharmaceutical Grade labeling systems feature high speed servo-driven applicators and product handling, Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC & touchscreen, as well as most available vision systems (Systech, Cognex, Keyence, Optel, etc.).

Print Apply & RFID Label Applicators

Quadrel offers a choice of two print and apply platforms, thermal transfer print engines and six applicator modules. Quadrel also offers an Apply Only module which allows the system to apply preprinted labels.

Shrink Sleeve Labeling Applicator & Heat Tunnels

The SL100 is capable of applying Full Body Sleeve labels at up to 150 products per minute and Tamper-Evident Bands at up to 200 products per minute. Also offered are various radiant heat, hot air or steam shrink tunnels.

Semi-Automatic Labeling Systems

A full line of semi-automatic tabletop labeling systems are available. These systems are designed to label a wide variety of flat panel, irregularly shaped, small diameter or large diameter cylindrical products.
